An afternoon or evening class for adults looking to learn the basics of calligraphy in the classic copperplate style at my home in Birmingham, Alabama. Class will take place 1 hour weekly for 4 weeks. Materials are included to learn and practice basic strokes and characters. Try your hand at a truly unique and meditative art form you can share with your loved ones. At the end of the week, take home your very own hand made framed calligraphy piece, as well as your calligraphy kit and guides. Ideal for classes no bigger than 8 students. Highly recommend groups agree on a start date and time before registration.
