Youth Beginner's Calligraphy Class - Start Tuesday, October 13 @3pm
An afternoon class for girls or boys, ages 12 to 18, looking to learn the basics of calligraphy in the classic copperplate style at my home in Birmingham, Alabama. Class will take place 1 hour weekly for 4 weeks. Materials included and adjusted according to age. Learn and practice basic strokes and characters with your own pen and ink, as well as tips and tricks to make this unique art form even more beautiful to share with your loved ones. At the end of the week, take home your very own hand made framed calligraphy piece, as well as your calligraphy kit and guides. Ideal for classes no bigger than 8 students.
